Personal data protection — Anuncios Visuales Monterrey

Last updated: August 26, 2026

Who is responsible for your data

César Elizondo Encizo, doing business as Anuncios Visuales Monterrey, is responsible for processing your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

The contact point for anything related to your personal data, and the address for receiving notices, is the email info@anunciosvisualesmonterrey.com.

What data we collect

Only what you type into the contact form:

  • Your name.
  • Your email address.
  • Your phone number, with its country code.
  • Your company name.
  • The message you write to us.
  • An attached file, if you choose to upload one (drawings, logos, reference photos). It is optional.

We do not collect sensitive personal data, nor financial or asset information. We do not ask you to create an account or a password.

What we use it for

For a single purpose, necessary for the service you are asking for: to contact you about your request and send you a quote. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not hand it to third parties for commercial purposes.

Who it is shared with

We do not sell your data. For the site to work, your information passes through these service providers, all located outside Mexico:

  • Netlify — hosts this site, receives the form submissions, and stores any file you attach along with your request.
  • Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads) — measures site usage and the results of our advertising.

Each provider processes the information only to deliver its service to us. All of these are international transfers; by sending the form you consent to them.

Cookies and tracking technologies

This site uses cookies and similar technologies (web beacons and browser local storage) for two things:

  • Functionality: remembering your language and whether you have already seen the intro animation.
  • Measurement and advertising: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads, to know which pages get visited and which of our ads generate quote requests.

You can disable or delete them at any time from your browser's privacy settings. If you would rather turn off only Google's, their ad settings tool lets you do that: Google Ad Settings

Your data rights

At any time you may ask us to give you Access to your data, Rectify it if it is wrong, Cancel it, or Object to our use of it.

To exercise them, write to info@anunciosvisualesmonterrey.com stating:

  • Your name and a way to reply to you.
  • Which right you want to exercise and over which data.
  • A document proving your identity, such as an official ID.

We will answer within 20 business days at most and, where applicable, act on it within the following 15 business days. There is no charge.

How to withdraw your consent

Write to the same address asking us to stop processing your data. Once we receive it we will stop contacting you and delete your information and any file you sent, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will publish the new version on this same page and update the date at the top. We suggest checking back from time to time.

Accessibility

We want anyone to be able to use this site, with or without a disability.

Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA — the standard used as the reference by both the ADA in the United States and the European EN 301 549.

We audit the site with automated tooling and keyboard navigation every time we change it. Today we find no Level A or AA errors. We know automated tooling does not catch everything: screen reader review is still ongoing, so this is open work rather than a checked box.

If you hit a barrier — something you cannot read, hear, or operate with your keyboard or screen reader — write to info@anunciosvisualesmonterrey.com and we will fix it. It helps if you tell us which page it was and what you were browsing with.
