What almost everyone asks us before deciding.
- How much does an illuminated sign cost?
- Every project is different: price depends on size, materials, the type of lighting and where it gets installed. That is why we do not publish price lists — we would rather give you a real number for your case. Leave us three details and you get your quote within 24 business hours.
- How long does fabrication and installation take?
- For projects in Mexico, normally 12 to 15 days from the moment you approve it. For large-format signs or ones needing special structure the timeline adjusts — and we tell you in the quote, not along the way. Orders going to the United States follow a different process, so they run on their own timeline: our team reviews the project first and then we give you the date in the quote, before you commit to anything.
- Is there a minimum order?
- No. We build anything from a single piece for one storefront to the complete signage of a plant or a shopping plaza.
- What warranty do your signs carry?
- One year on the installation and six months on the electrical components. On orders we deliver without installing, the six-month warranty on the electrical components applies just the same.
- Do you work with clients in the United States?
- Yes. Today most US orders work like this: we build your sign in our own Monterrey workshop and deliver it to you ready to mount. For installation on the US side we currently cover San Antonio and Eagle Pass, and we are actively expanding — if your project is in Austin or elsewhere in Texas, ask us and we will tell you straight whether we can install it or deliver it. Every US project is reviewed with our team before we confirm scope and dates, so what you see in the quote is what we can actually deliver. In Mexico we install everywhere: the Monterrey metro area is included in the quote, and beyond it we add a travel cost defined upfront.
- Do you handle the permits?
- Permits with the authorities are the client's responsibility. What we do provide are the technical specifications of the sign — dimensions, materials and mounting system — which is exactly what you are usually asked for.
- Do you manufacture or resell?
- We fabricate in our own workshop and, wherever we install, we do it with our own crew. Nothing is subcontracted: one company is accountable for your project from the design onward.
